La quindicesima edizione dell’ÉCU – European Independent Film Festival si è conclusa, e noi siamo felici di mostrarvi i vincitori delle diverse categorie in gara.
Il pubblico della versione streaming dell’ÉCU 2020, tra gli 86 film che hanno partecipato al Festival, ha premiato i seguenti titoli:
Miglior Film Europeo Indipendente: “The Manchador” di Kaveh Tehrani (Norvegia)
Miglior Corto-drammatico Europeo Indipendente: “George The Dog Refugee” di Tomasz Winski (Rep.Ceka)
Miglior Corto-drammatico Non Europeo Indipendente: “Funfair” di Kaveh Mazaheri (Iran)
Migliore Regia: “Anacronte” di Raul Koler e Emiliano Sette (Argentina, Messico)
Premio speciale in Women’s Filmmaking: “The Walking Fish” di Thessa Meijer (Olanda)
Tra le 25 categorie premiate troviamo anche due opere italiane; il giovane regista palermitano Andrea Vinciguerra con il suo “No, I Don’t Want to Dance” si è aggiudicato la menzione speciale della giuria, mentre “La gita” di Salvatore Allocca ha visto premiata come miglior attrice la sua protagonista Fatou Mbemgue.
